We Ready (I Declare War) is the debut album by rapper Pastor Troy. It was released on March 16, 1999.[2]

Background

PT originally sold it out of the trunk of his car with a group of friends, it was released on his birthday the 16th of March. It is most known for his vicious diss track against rival Master P, "No Mo Play in G.A.", Pastor Troy stated in Ozone Magazine that "It wasn't even that serious, people we're rolling with us like they wanted to kill P, it wasn't even like that". It is considered by many to be his best work throughout his 10 year career.
